Copyright Infringement Notice

YTunlock respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the Service, please notify our copyright agent as set forth in the DMCA.

Required Information

For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information in writing:

  1. An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail so that we can locate it on our service (e.g., the specific ytunlock.com link).
  4. Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  1. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  2. Notify the user who posted the material that it has been removed or disabled.
  3. Terminate repeat infringers' accounts in appropriate circumstances.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us.

Counter-Notice Requirements

A counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which YTunlock may be found.
  6. A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.
